Malatapay Wednesday market
A lively weekly market just south in Zamboanguita — farmers, fishermen, livestock trading and famous lechon (roast pig).
Every Wednesday, farmers and fishermen from the surrounding hills and coast gather at Malatapay. It's one of the best places to see rural Negros life — and to eat freshly roasted lechon for breakfast.
Boats to Apo Island also leave from Malatapay, so you can combine the two.
